good shoes
I can't say that these shoes look very nice, but they are awesome in comfort. If you have flat feet or knee pain these are the way to go. I will get a new pair every 300 miles. Oh, also, they are too expensive, so only 4 stars...

Great service-love the shoes
I just puchased the New Balance 992's on Amazon. I had been using the former model 990 for many years. The puchase was smooth, the delivery as promised and most important- I love the shoes and will stick with this model for a long time. Good job Amazon (as usual).

Most Comfortable Shoes I Have Owned
I previously had 4 pairs of the 991s. Now that they are discontinued, I have moved to the 992. This shoe is the most comfortable shoe that I have ever owned. My work requires that I stand on my feet for 12 hours a day on concrete flooring. These shoes remain comfortable, reduce back and leg pain and wear very well. I only use them for walking and standing. Great shoe and I will always buy these shoes for comfort. They are well worth the price.
